2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions establish the rules applicable to:
- access to and use of the booking services;
- the contracting of LÜNNE experiences;
- payments made through the website;
- booking changes or cancellations;
- conditions of access to the facilities;
- the client’s responsibilities;
- the specific conditions of certain experiences;
- and, in general, the contractual relationship between LÜNNE and the person making a booking or contracting a service.
Making a booking implies reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
3. Capacity to contract
The person formalising a booking declares that they:
- are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into a contract;
- provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information;
- are authorised to use the payment method employed;
- and accept these Terms and Conditions.
When a person makes a booking on behalf of several people, they declare that they are authorised to provide the necessary data of the other members of the group and undertake to inform them of the conditions applicable to the booking.
4. Nature of LÜNNE experiences
LÜNNE offers wellness and recalibration experiences designed through itineraries that may include, among other elements:
- water;
- steam;
- heat;
- thermal contrast;
- floating;
- vibration;
- rest;
- bodily rituals;
- sensory experiences;
- and beverage or gastronomic services associated with certain itineraries.
LÜNNE experiences do not constitute medical acts, healthcare treatments, diagnoses or clinical therapies.
The client is responsible for assessing their personal condition and for reporting any circumstances that may affect the safety or suitability of the experience.
5. Booking process
A booking may be made through:
- lunnecircle.com;
- the booking channels enabled by LÜNNE;
- or directly through the LÜNNE team, where applicable.
A booking will not be considered confirmed until:
- the requested information has been correctly completed;
- the corresponding contractual documentation has been accepted;
- the required payment or deposit has been made;
- and the client has received the corresponding booking confirmation.
Confirmation will be sent to the email address or channel provided during the process.
The client must review the booking details and report any error as soon as possible.
6. Availability
All experiences are subject to availability, capacity, operational capability and the configuration of the spaces.
LÜNNE operates with deliberately limited capacity, and certain itineraries may be subject to:
- a maximum number of people;
- group composition;
- room availability;
- equipment availability;
- specific timetables;
- and specific operating conditions.
Simply seeing a date or time on the website does not constitute a guarantee of availability until the booking has been confirmed.
7. Prices
The applicable prices will be those published at the time the contract is entered into.
Prices will be shown in euros (€) and will include any taxes legally applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise.
LÜNNE may change its prices at any time.
Price changes will not affect bookings already confirmed, unless the change results from a manifest error that can reasonably be identified as such.
Promotions or special conditions, where they exist, will be subject to their own conditions.
8. Method of payment
Bookings may require:
- full payment at the time of contracting;
- a deposit;
- or any other payment scheme expressly communicated during the booking process.
Payment will be made using the methods enabled at any given time.
Where an external payment provider is used, the processing and security of bank details will also be subject to that provider’s conditions.
LÜNNE will not store full bank card details where these are managed directly by the relevant payment gateway.
9. Daytime bookings
Daytime experiences will be subject to the payment, change and cancellation conditions notified during the booking process.
10. Night experiences
Certain LÜNNE night experiences have particular booking and payment conditions.
Unless expressly communicated otherwise during the contracting process, the policy for night experiences may include:
- group booking;
- a single payer per booking;
- payment of a deposit to formalise the booking;
- payment of the outstanding amount before the date of the experience;
- and specific cancellation conditions.
Where the model of a 50% deposit plus an automatic charge seven days before the experience applies, this condition must be clearly shown during the purchase process.
Bookings made within seven days of the experience may require full payment at the time of contracting.
11. Cancellations by the client
The applicable cancellation conditions will be those indicated during the booking process.
Depending on the experience, the time of cancellation and the conditions contracted, there may be:
- a full refund;
- a partial refund;
- the possibility of changing the date;
- credit for a future experience;
- or forfeiture of the amount paid.
12. Booking changes
Requests for changes will be subject to availability.
Changing the date, time, number of people or experience may involve:
- a price difference;
- a change in conditions;
- or the inability to maintain the original booking.
LÜNNE will endeavour to offer alternatives where operationally possible, but cannot guarantee changes once a booking has been confirmed.
13. No-show
Where the client does not arrive at the booked time and has not cancelled within the established period, this may be considered a no-show.
A no-show may result in the total loss of the amount paid where this has been notified and accepted during contracting.
14. Punctuality
Punctuality is an essential part of how LÜNNE experiences operate.
The itineraries are choreographed to preserve:
- privacy;
- silence;
- timing;
- capacity;
- and the absence of overlap between different groups.
For this reason, the client must arrive with the notice indicated in the booking confirmation.
A significant delay may prevent the itinerary from being completed in full, or even access to the experience where joining it could affect the rest of the operation.
In such cases, LÜNNE will endeavour to consider possible alternatives, but cannot guarantee that lost time will be made up or that the booking will be relocated.
15. Conditions of access
To preserve safety, privacy and the quality of the experience, clients must follow the instructions given by the LÜNNE team.
Access may be denied or interrupted where there is:
- aggressive or disrespectful behaviour;
- evident intoxication;
- consumption of substances incompatible with the experience;
- a serious breach of safety rules;
- conduct that disrupts other clients’ experience;
- or any circumstance that may pose a reasonable risk to the person, third parties or the facilities.
Denial of access due to a breach attributable to the client may result in the loss of the amount paid where legally applicable.
16. Health, pregnancy and contraindications
Some experiences may not be suitable for everyone.
Particularly those involving:
- high temperatures;
- steam;
- thermal contrast;
- immersion;
- floating;
- vibration;
- or certain prolonged positions.
Pregnant persons and those with cardiovascular conditions, significant blood pressure disorders, epilepsy, circulatory problems, recent injuries, recent surgery or other relevant conditions should consult a healthcare professional beforehand if there is any doubt about the suitability of the experience.
The client must inform LÜNNE of any relevant circumstances that may affect their safety, when asked to do so.
Health-related information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable regulations on special categories of personal data.
LÜNNE may recommend that a given experience be modified or not carried out where it reasonably considers there may be a risk.
17. Minors
Access by minors will be subject to the specific conditions in force at any given time and to the slots or products expressly enabled for them.
Where experiences for minors are permitted:
- they must meet the minimum age indicated;
- they must be accompanied by the responsible adult where so established;
- and the adult will be responsible for compliance with the applicable rules.
The specific conditions must be shown during the booking process.
18. Groups
Bookings made jointly may be subject to specific capacity and composition rules.
For reasons of experience, privacy and operations, LÜNNE may assign:
- spaces;
- timetables;
- itineraries;
- or internal configurations
depending on the size and characteristics of the booking.
The client contracts the corresponding experience and not necessarily a specific room, equipment or facility, unless expressly stated otherwise.
19. Assignment of experiences
Part of LÜNNE’s approach is based on reading the client’s state and needs.
For this reason, certain products may consist of contracting a level or depth of experience, with the LÜNNE team recommending or assigning the specific itinerary based on:
- preferences;
- needs expressed;
- group composition;
- availability;
- safety conditions;
- and operational criteria.
This methodology forms part of the nature of the service contracted.
20. Personal belongings
The client is responsible for their personal belongings.
LÜNNE recommends not bringing unnecessary valuables.
Where lockers or other storage spaces are provided, they must be used in accordance with the establishment’s instructions.
LÜNNE will only be liable for loss or damage in the cases and within the limits provided for by applicable regulations.
21. Use of devices
In order to preserve privacy, silence and the nature of the experience, LÜNNE may restrict or prohibit the use of:
- mobile phones;
- cameras;
- recording devices;
- calls;
- or any other electronic device
in certain areas or during certain experiences.
The client must follow the team’s instructions.
It is specifically prohibited to record, photograph or share images of third parties without their consent.
22. Rules of conduct
Clients must behave respectfully towards:
- other clients;
- staff;
- the facilities;
- the elements of the experience;
- and LÜNNE’s internal rules.
Violent, intimidating, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate behaviour, or behaviour that compromises the safety or wellbeing of others, will not be tolerated.
23. Beverages and alcohol
Certain experiences may include or permit the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Consumption will be voluntary and limited to persons who meet the applicable legal age.
LÜNNE may refuse to serve alcohol or limit its consumption where it reasonably considers there to be a risk to the person’s safety or wellbeing.
Where an experience includes heat, steam or other stimuli, the team’s instructions on hydration and alcohol consumption must be followed.
24. Changes for operational or safety reasons
LÜNNE may modify certain elements of an experience where necessary due to:
- breakdown;
- maintenance;
- safety;
- unforeseen unavailability;
- technical conditions;
- force majeure;
- or any other relevant operational circumstance.
Wherever possible, an alternative of equivalent level will be offered.
Where the change substantially alters the contracted service, the client will be offered the options applicable under the relevant regulations.
25. Cancellation by LÜNNE
LÜNNE may cancel or reschedule an experience due to exceptional circumstances or force majeure.
In such cases, where the service cannot be provided, the client will be offered, as applicable:
- a change of date;
- equivalent credit;
- or a refund of the amount paid.
This will not affect any rights legally due to the consumer.
26. Right of withdrawal
Contracts entered into remotely will be subject to the rights applicable under Andorran consumer protection regulations.
The existence, scope and any exceptions to the right of withdrawal will depend on the nature of the service contracted and the specific circumstances of the booking.
In particular, services linked to a specific date or period of performance may be subject to a particular regime.
For this reason, information on the applicable right of withdrawal must be provided clearly before completing the contracting process.
27. Liability
LÜNNE undertakes to provide the contracted services with reasonably required diligence and in accordance with the established operating standards.
It will not be liable for damage resulting from:
- failure to follow safety instructions;
- the client’s withholding of relevant information;
- improper use of facilities or equipment;
- negligent conduct by the user;
- unforeseeable circumstances beyond LÜNNE’s reasonable control;
unless there is liability legally attributable to INVESTNOA WELLNESS, SLU.
Nothing in these Terms will limit any non-waivable rights legally recognised for consumers.
28. Data protection
Personal data obtained during the booking process and the provision of the services will be processed in accordance with:
- applicable Andorran data protection regulations;
- LÜNNE’s Privacy Policy;
- and, where applicable, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Privacy Policy is permanently available at lunnecircle.com.
29. Intellectual property
The names, concepts, texts, images, itineraries, graphic materials, creative elements, distinctive signs and other content linked to LÜNNE are protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property regulations.
Contracting an experience does not grant the client any rights of reproduction, exploitation or commercial use over such content.
30. Customer service and complaints

31. Applicable law

The rights granted to consumers by mandatory rules will not be affected by any provision of these Terms.
32. Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable regulations.
Where the client is legally considered a consumer, the applicable rules on jurisdiction and consumer protection will be respected in all cases.
33. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
LÜNNE may amend these Terms and Conditions to adapt them to:
- regulatory changes;
- changes to services;
- new experiences;
- changes to the booking system;
- the evolution of commercial policies;
- or other relevant operational changes.
The conditions applicable to each booking will be those accepted by the client at the time of formalising their booking.
