When the temple closes its daytime rhythm, another way of living it begins. More intimate. More sparing. More ceremonial. Nocturne, Origo and AIØN are three distinct rites, each with its own rhythm and its place in a limited calendar. Each night also brings a singular selection of liquid and solid gestures, chosen for each rite and served at their precise moment: what is drunk and tasted is also part of the experience. You do not need to know what will happen inside. Only to recognise which night calls you.

Nocturne

Share the silence.

Nocturne is born of the encounter. The rhythm drops and sharing time begins to feel different. Being in company without having to play any role.

 

The night opens up a time to remain together. A liquid and gastronomic selection, chosen only for Nocturne, is revealed in courses: singular pieces, selected origins, served with time and ceremony. Nothing is announced. Nothing is repeated.

 

What you drink and taste does not accompany the encounter. It turns it into memory. A night to leave the noise without leaving the world.

Forgotten memory.

Warmer, more earthly, deeper. Origo speaks of memory without explaining it: of what we recognise before we can name it. The body slows while everything becomes more essential. The origin is shared. The root remains.

 

Then, the sealing. A liquid selection that appears on no list: grower pieces, of chosen provenance, reserved for this night and served in stages. With them, bites of origin, of a single gesture. Here you do not ask. You receive.

When time does not exist.

There is a point where the night stops moving forward. AIØN occupies that place. Silence, memory and matter in the scarcest experience at LÜNNE. Here you are not looking to disconnect and come straight back. You are looking to lose, for a moment, the need to know how much time has passed.

 

At the heart of the night, what is served is not announced. Liquid pieces that rarely leave their cellar, and bites a cardinal would confess to: few, all at once, in silence. Whoever knows what is before them recognises it without anyone naming it.

 

What happens here is not told. It is remembered.

THE NIGHT AT LÜNNE

What is Cielo Nocturno?

It is the LÜNNE night calendar: seven nights a month split between three experiences of its own: Nocturne, Origo and AIØN. When the day falls, the temple transforms.

Are they the same experiences as during the day?

No. At night, LÜNNE changes its nature. The spaces are the same, but the journey, the rhythm and the gestures belong to each night. Nocturne, Origo and AIØN are experiences conceived exclusively to happen at night.

What sets Nocturne, Origo and AIØN apart?

Nocturne is encounter: a night to share with your own.

Origo is passage: fire, water and steam, with a ceremony of liquid and solid gestures.

A I Ø N is the summit: a single night each month, suspended time and an exceptional gastronomic sequence.

Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. The night at LÜNNE happens only seven nights a month. Each one has its own rite, calendar and few available bookings. We recommend booking in advance.

Will we be there only with our group?

Yes. Your booking is always private. We never mix your experience with people outside it.

Should I have dinner before coming?

Better to let us take care of it. Through the night, a sequence of liquid and solid gestures accompanies the journey. This too is part of the rite.

Do I need to know what I am going to live before booking?

No. Choose the night that resonates most with you. LÜNNE takes care of the journey. Part of the experience lies in not anticipating everything that will happen.
